Program Details

Rental Assistance

This program provides rental assistance and financial support to address housing barriers like back rent or overdue bills, and help guests successfully transition into stable housing.

Care Coordination

Care coordination and housing stabilization services are provided to aid guests in linking to supportive services within the community that include, but are not limited to, mental health, substance use, legal, physical health, permanent supportive housing, mainstream benefits, and employment services. Rental assistance, including but not limited to; rent, deposit, back rent, rental arrears, etc.; assistance in the rehabilitation of overdue billing accounts or debts that affect housing.

Requirements

Douglas County Resident or LCS internal referral.
