The Village
Up to 6 Months
Offering up to 6 months of continuous stay in private cabins, this program provides intensive case management to help guests secure permanent housing and stable income while accessing critical wraparound services like mental health, legal aid, and job support. Guests also receive three meals daily, access to bathing and laundry facilities, and storage of personal items.
Care Coordination
Care coordination services are provided to aid guests in linking to supportive services within the community that include, but are not limited to, mental health, substance use, legal, physical health, permanent supportive housing, mainstream benefits, employment services, assistance obtaining vital documents, budgeting and income navigation support.
Requirements
Guests must be a Douglas County Resident, LCS or Community Partner Referral, or receive wrap-around services with community agencies.
