Direct assistance is provided to those living in rural, outlying areas through our two Mobile Resource buses. Each bus is equipped with basic essentials including food and clothing. In addition, a case manager is on board to provide rent, utility and medication assistance, as well as community referrals.

Transportation service is available to the general public throughout Douglas County for $3.00 each way. Call 785-843-5576 to schedule a ride. The service runs from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Final rides begin at 4 pm.

T Lift (Lawrence Transit)

T Lift is a door-to-door, shared ride paratransit service. T Lift service is available for transit riders who, because of a disability, are unable to use the fixed routes.
